Each participant (player or public), when registering, gives the AECCI, free of charge and unconditionally, the right to use their image, as captured in the videos and images taken during the Event, authorizing its reproduction in communication pieces related to the Event. Under the terms of the General Data Protection Regulation, AECCI may collect and record the personal data of participants in the Event in a database managed by AECCI, with the aim of contacting you in the future or to comply with legal or contractual obligations. If they are used for any other purpose, consent will be obtained in advance.
